HEXFAB LLC is committed to our customers satisfaction. We do our best to make sure every order is exactly how you the customer has designed and ordered it. Each order under goes a thorough examination before shipping to make sure every detail is exact. We also understand that mistakes can happen and slip through. If that happens please use the "contact" link or send us an email at orders@hexfab.com. Please also refer to our shipping and return policy below for more specific information on returns. All designs are subjected to review and approval in accordance of our terms and use policy.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times, costs, and return policies are described on the Site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. We do not offer refunds for personalized and/or customized items. Items that are designed by HEXFAB can be eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. All HEXFAB products must be in original condition. All HEXFAB products that are returned are subject to inspection before a refund will be given. If the item fails inspection, no refund will be given, and the item will be returned to you the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
